Ecological expertise
Environmental expertise is the establishment of compliance of the planned economic activity with environmental quality standards and environmental requirements, as well as the determination of the admissibility of the object of environmental expertise in order to prevent possible adverse effects of this activity on the environment and related social consequences.
The term of the state ecological expertise is not more than two months for the objects of the I category, one month for the objects of the II category, ten working days for the objects of the III and IV categories from the date of submission to the bodies carrying out the state ecological expertise.
On the basis of the license No. 00975R, for performance of works and rendering services in issued by the Ministry of environmental protection of RK of 20.06.2007, the Aliya I Ko LLP company provides services in carrying out ecological examination.
The state ecological expertise and public ecological expertise are carried out in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The task of public expertise is to attract the attention of state bodies to a particular object, the wide dissemination of scientifically based information about the potential environmental hazard. Public environmental expertise considers any economic and other activities for compliance with the public interest to preserve a favorable environment for the life and health of citizens.
Environmental expertise of Aliya & co LLP is carried out in strict accordance with the Environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The initiator of the examination may be a legal or natural person, including the customer of the project, who raised the question of the need for state or public environmental impact assessment.
Implementation of the object of expertise – the beginning and progress of construction, operation, liquidation of industrial and other facilities, provision of services, entering into economic circulation of products and technologies in accordance with the decisions provided for pre-planned, pre-project and project documentation, as well as the introduction of a regulatory legal act, other actual implementation of the object of expertise.
Environmentally hazardous object – economic and other object, construction and activity of which may have or has a harmful effect on human health and the environment.
Environmental risk – the probability of adverse changes in the state of the environment and (or) natural objects due to the influence of certain factors.
